The Long Life type carbon mat, thanks to its structure containing an increased amount of activated carbon compared to standard filters, provides longer lifespan, which is 2 years with proper regeneration every 4-6 months.

Functionalities:

• The MW 300 Long Life carbon filter absorbs unpleasant odors, keeping the apartment free from cooking aromas.

Regeneration instructions for the carbon mat filter:

• A reusable filter with a carbon mat should be regenerated in a dishwasher or a water bath.
• In both cases, do not exceed a temperature of 60-70°C (max. 1 hour) and do not use any detergents.
• Before reusing the filter, make sure it is completely dry.
• Heating it in the oven (max. 70°C) is not mandatory but speeds up the drying process.
• The cleaning frequency depends on the frequency and intensity of use.

Good to know!

For the carbon filter to work most effectively, it is recommended to regenerate them in a dishwasher or water bath depending on the intensity of cooker hood use.
