Results of the competition for architects - Hood at the heart of the kitchen

Competition for Architects "Cooker Hood as the Heart of the Kitchen" has been concluded. We are extremely excited about the number of entries received (over 250 submissions!). The competition jury had a tough job making a decision. We remind you that the competition rules required designing a kitchen with the GLOBALO Cylindro Isola island cooker hood from the Exclusive line. Participants could choose from four colour options: gold, rose gold, copper, and navy blue. The deadline for submitting entries was set for 24 July 2020, at 23:59.

Krzysztof Błażowski
Owner of the Polish premium brand of quiet and efficient kitchen hoods, GLOBALO, available on the market since 2001. CEO of HerlinGroup, a company involved in business projects in the fields of home appliances, design, new technologies, and construction. Owner of the largest specialist kitchen hood store in Poland.

Karolina Zagrodzka
Author of one of Poland’s largest interior design blogs, houseloves.com, consistently ranked in the TOP 3 in various listings. She works as an interior designer and was awarded Creator of the Year 2019 in the interior design and DIY category. She is also a speaker at interior design events and workshops, including for IKEA, Tubądzin, and the Home & Garden Marketing Forum.

Marika Jóźwiak
Experienced architect and certified painter. For many years, she has been co-creating some of Poland’s most popular television programs on architecture and interior design, alongside Dorota Szelągowska. She is also co-founder of Homessence, where she, much like in her television projects, delights in incorporating art into her designs.
