Free shipping from PLN 1000
GLOBALO covers shipping costs for orders over PLN 1000 net. We ship via DHL, DPD or Schenker to the indicated address – including directly to your customers.
Delivery within 2 days
Products available in our warehouse are shipped within 2 working days from the order date. Orders placed by 12:00 noon on a working day are dispatched the same day.
Service response within 24h
Complaints are handled by GLOBALO's in-house service (requests submitted directly to our service department). An invoice and the complaint form included with the hood are required.
Dedicated advisor
A dedicated customer advisor offers professional help in selecting a quiet and efficient kitchen hood, as well as technical and installation advice.
Payment terms up to 14 days
The first two transactions are carried out by prepayment or COD. Subsequent invoices are issued with a standard 14-day term, but we are open to individual arrangements.
