How should I properly pack the hood for return?

To minimize the risk of product damage during the return shipment: 1. Wrap the hood in plastic and secure it with the original Styrofoam, just as it was delivered to you. You may use additional Styrofoam and bubble wrap.
2. Include the complete set of accessories you received with the hood. Remember to place the accessories in the spot where they were originally packed to avoid damaging the hood.
3. Place the return form in plastic and attach it to the package.
4. Carefully seal the box with tape to prevent it from opening during transport.
5. If you received the kitchen hood on a pallet, remember to return it on the pallet as well. If this is not possible, contact your order manager to discuss the details.
6. Remove any old markings from the box, such as the shipping list and other labels that are no longer applicable.
7. Remember that it is the courier's responsibility to affix the shipping label in your presence.
