SUPERTUBA System 120×60 is used in systems where medium and high air performance is required, such as in combination with high-performance air purifiers and cooker hoods or fans; when ventilating larger public utility buildings or as the main ventilation channel in long and complex ventilation systems.
SUPERTUBA Model is made of non-flammable plastic that meets international building standards.
It includes: elbows, connectors, reductions, check valves, brackets, wall collars, flexible round and rectangular channels, and sealing tapes. Ventilation grilles, wall outlets, and anemostats connect to the system directly or through reductions.
It is lightweight and easy to connect with each other (push-fit).
The channels can be cut with a hand saw for metal.
It does not corrode, which guarantees many years of use.
Working conditions:
flat channels: continuous air temperature max up to 65oC,
flexible PVC channels: continuous air temperature max up to 65oC,
polyester-coated flexible channels: short-term air temperature up to 100oC,
grilles and wall outlets: strong sunlight; atmospheric precipitation; air temperature from approx. -30oC to approx. +50oC

All rectangular and round channels, as well as flexible channels, are made of the highest quality non-flammable plastics that meet DIN 4102/B1 and UL 94 V2 standards. Ventilation grilles and wall outlets are also made of high-class imported plastics resistant to changing weather conditions and UV rays, meaning they do not deform and do not discolor. These materials meet the requirements of the BS 493 standard.
