System EASIPIPE 100 – round ducts offer the least resistance to air flow and are therefore suitable for use in large facilities where long and complex duct runs occur and where there is sufficient space for their installation.

The EASIPIPE model is made of non-combustible plastic that meets international building standards.

It includes: elbows, connectors, reducers, non-return valves, holders, wall flanges, round and rectangular flexible ducts, and sealing tapes. Ventilation grilles, wall outlets, and anemostats connect to the system directly or via reducers.

It is lightweight and easy to connect together (push-fit).

Ducts can be cut with a hand hacksaw.

It does not corrode, ensuring many years of use.

Working conditions:

round ducts: continuous air temperature max up to 65oC,

flexible ducts made of PVC: continuous air temperature max up to 65oC,

flexible ducts coated with polyester: short-term air temperature up to 100oC,

grilles and wall outlets: strong sunlight; atmospheric precipitation; air temperature from approx. -30oC to approx. +50oC.

All ducts and flexible ducts are made of the highest quality non-combustible plastics (imp. BASF) that meet DIN 4102/B1 and UL 94 V2 standards. Grilles and wall outlets are also made of high-class imported plastics resistant to changing weather conditions and UV rays, meaning they do not deform or discolor. These plastics meet the requirements of BS 493 standard.
