Functionalities:

40% LESS PRESSURE LOSS FLOW series products allow for up to 40% less pressure loss in ventilation ducts compared to standard products. This allows for significant energy cost savings. For example; The FLOW Ventilation Chimney with a Ø160mm achieves an efficiency of 360m3/h, with a pressure drop in the duct of 20Pa. A traditional Ø160 mm chimney achieves the same efficiency with a pressure drop of 30Pa. The price difference between the FLOW Chimney and a traditional chimney is recouped within 3 years due to the generated energy savings.
The result of intensive air flow research and the improved design of FLOW products, ensures vertical exhaust of used air. This design also prevents water from entering the ventilation duct.
The unmatched performance of FLOW products is the result of three years of intensive research and development work. During this time, 30 versions of new products were created. The design process was carried out using advanced technologies, including the use of Linux supercomputers from the Finnish institute VTT. 13 prototypes were made using 3D printing technology, which were subjected to detailed tests.
The VILPE® FLOW product series was created in collaboration with industrial designers. All roof fans, ventilation chimneys, and sanitary chimneys, in addition to the improved design, will also feature a modern design.
