Warranty

The manufacturer covers the costs of repairing defects clearly caused by manufacturing defects for a period of 24 months from the date of sale of the product. The following are EXCLUDED from the warranty: bulbs and filters, as well as any damage resulting from incorrect installation and faulty ventilation.

The warranty becomes void in the following cases:

• Use of the equipment in gastronomy.
• Use of the equipment outside of household conditions.
• Use not in accordance with the operating instructions or contrary to the intended purpose.
• In case of unforeseen events such as uncontrolled voltage spikes, water flooding, or clogging of the ventilation duct.
• If repairs are made by unauthorized service or self-interference with the device.
• The occurrence of visible mechanical damage after the installation of the device.

Goods with mechanical damage that have been installed nonetheless will not be eligible for exchange!
Before installing the hood, it should be unpacked, thoroughly inspected for surface condition, and checked for the completeness of equipment to identify any potential damages.
Visible external damages reported after installation are also excluded from warranty claims.

The manufacturer is not liable for damages resulting from direct or indirect actions of people, animals, or other objects caused by non-compliance with the recommendations contained in this instruction, especially regarding the installation, operation, and maintenance of the device.

The manufacturer reserves the right to make technical modifications to the products in the interest of the user that do not affect the safety level and main parameters of the device.

The buyer is obliged to keep the packaging and purchase documents for the entire warranty period.

WARRANTY CONDITIONS

1. The manufacturer provides a warranty for the proper operation of the equipment for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase by the buyer. The warranty is valid in the territory of the Republic of Poland.
2. The equipment is intended solely for use in individual household conditions. The equipment should be used in accordance with the operating instructions.
3. The basis for the warranty is proof of purchase.
4. The manufacturer provides free removal of defects or damage to the equipment resulting from the manufacturer's fault revealed during the warranty period, within 14 days from the date of reporting for repair. This period may be extended to 30 days if the repair requires the import of spare parts from abroad. If the service point determines that the reported defect can be most efficiently resolved by replacing a specific element of the hood with a new one, this replacement will be carried out through shipping without the technician's visit to the place of failure. In this case, the buyer is obliged to exchange the defective element during the courier's visit (receiving the new one and handing over the damaged one to the courier). This replacement will be at the expense of the guarantor.

6. The buyer has the right to exchange the equipment for a defect-free one if:
– during the warranty period, the number of significant repairs exceeds three and the equipment still shows the same defects, preventing use of the device.
– the service point has identified a factory defect that cannot be eliminated.
7. In the case of exchanging equipment for a new one (factory defects), it must be complete, secured with factory locks during transport, and packaged.
8. The equipment cannot be exchanged if its price was reduced due to the occurrence of a defect (the equipment is from a clearance sale).
9. The warranty does not cover glass parts, plastic parts, mechanical damage, and regulations specified in the operating instructions (replacement of bulbs or connection cords, checking functionality). Additionally, damage caused by:
– improper use, storage, or transport (a non-cleaned and improperly maintained hood is not grounds for filing a complaint).
– incorrect installation or defects arising from unauthorized interference by the buyer.
– the ingress of fluids or foreign bodies into the equipment.
– external factors such as damage or short circuits in the electrical network or residential installation, atmospheric discharges,
– natural disasters and military actions.
10. The user loses the right to free repairs in cases of improper connection to the electrical network, color changes in plastic material resulting from the natural aging process and wear.
11. In the case of an unjustified warranty repair request, the buyer will bear the full associated costs.
12. This warranty does not exclude, limit, or suspend the rights resulting from the seller's liability, which is a consumer in the understanding of the act of April 23, 1964, the Civil Code (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 121, as amended).
