Stainless steel hoods - examples of reliable INOX models

Stainless Steel Hoods – Examples of Reliable INOX Models

Stainless steel hoods are known for their timelessness and high quality. The durable material, INOX steel, ensures long-lasting and trouble-free operation. Due to the variety of available types and forms, a steel hood can easily match any kitchen style and design.

Stainless Steel in Hoods

Stainless steel in kitchen hoods is actually chrome-nickel steel, meaning steel with added chromium and nickel. Thanks to these ingredients, the surface gains shine and becomes resistant to mechanical damage. The chrome-nickel sheet metal used in the production of kitchen hoods is usually 0.5-0.8 mm thick. The thicker the sheet, the more durable the hood is likely to be.

For cleaning stainless steel hoods, we recommend using a specialist product – Inox Berner spray.

Angled Stainless Steel Hoods

Let’s start, somewhat ironically, with the GLOBALO RENDERO INOX hood, which is made from a combination of tempered glass and INOX stainless steel.

The front panel of the hood is divided diagonally, creating a striking combination of cool, surgical-grade stainless steel with the deep black of high-quality tempered glass. Additionally, the steel part is adorned with geometric patterns, making this model truly unique.

Energy efficiency class A ensures that the device is energy-saving and consumes less electricity. The maximum airflow is 540 m3/h, with a boost up to 745 m3/h, allowing the air to be purified even in very large rooms.

T-Line Stainless Steel Hood

T-Line is a popular form of wall-mounted hoods that take the shape of an inverted T. Such is the case with the GLOBALO NOMINA stainless steel hood.

Its classic form is perfect for a bright Scandinavian kitchen, where light, wood, and pastel colours or whites dominate. The symmetry of this model will calm the nerves of those who appreciate order and organisation. In a modern kitchen, the Nomina hood will take its rightful place above the hob.

The hood's parameters guarantee excellent performance: quiet operation, high efficiency (up to 725 m3/h), and high energy efficiency (A).

Additional features make daily use easier: a filter contamination sensor, Turbo function, timer, steam sensor, and countdown timer.

This stainless steel hood works best in open mode. Connect it as an extractor using a duct to the ventilation shaft. Of course, it can also operate in recirculation mode. If you want the hood to operate silently, consider installing an external motor, which can be installed in another room.

Built-in Stainless Steel Hoods

Think the colour of a built-in kitchen hood doesn't matter? Think again! Although a built-in under-cabinet hood is only slightly visible, the colour of the visible part under the cabinet plays a significant role in the overall design.

The GLOBALO AGENDERO built-in stainless steel hood is made of premium INOX steel. If you maintain it properly, it will reward you with a sleek shine, reflecting the hob and the objects placed on it.

Despite its compact size (depth 28 cm), the hood offers impressive performance with a 565 m3/h capacity. One of its major advantages is its extremely quiet operation. On the first speed, it operates at just 44 dB. Compared to similar models from other manufacturers, this is a clear advantage.

The hood features energy-efficient LED strip lighting, providing a pleasant atmosphere while cooking and keeping your electricity bills low. The hood is controlled via electronic Soft-Touch buttons and a clear LED display.

Stainless Steel Tube-shaped Hood

Kitchen island users often opt for tube-shaped hoods. The GLOBALO CYLINDRO ISOLA stainless steel hood will meet their expectations.

The cylindrical stainless steel hood fits well in a modern, minimalist kitchen. It complements white, steel, and light colours.

The specifications of this stainless steel hood make it ideal for large spaces. Its maximum airflow on the boost setting reaches 742 m3/h. Despite its power, the CYLINDRO ISOLA hood operates very quietly. On the first speed, the noise level is only 46 dB. You can gather around for cooking and meals without worrying about disturbing others in the living room.

Rectangular Island Stainless Steel Hood

Stainless steel hoods come in various shapes. In addition to the tube, there is also the rectangular GLOBALO TOREDO island hood.

Its notable features include four bright LED lighting points, which will illuminate the hob and worktop perfectly while also helping reduce your energy bills.

The maximum airflow of this appliance is an impressive 784 m3/h (boost), making it capable of filtering air in large, open kitchens connected to the living room. The low noise level is particularly surprising, as it is only 47 dB on the first speed.

The hood can successfully work as an extractor connected to a ventilation duct, where it will be more effective and quieter. If open mode is not possible, simply purchase the appropriate carbon filter and use the hood as a recirculator in closed mode. The air will then return to the kitchen after being purified.
