- When connected to a ventilation duct, the cooker hood can function as an extractor, permanently removing air filled with steam from the kitchen. If this is not technically feasible, the Latapio cooker hood can be installed in recirculation mode, which cleans the air in a closed circuit.
- The built-in Latapio cooker hood can be equipped with two types of filters: aluminium and carbon. The aluminium filter collects grease particles, protecting cabinets from a sticky residue. The carbon filter ASC 170 (to be installed only in recirculation mode) neutralises unpleasant odours.
